Our Merchandiser/Sales Associate's primary role is to identify the most effective locations on the sales floor to position products in a way that attracts customers and maximizes sales. You will strategically position products and optimize the sales floor layouts. You will also provide experienced, friendly customer service by interacting with our customers, determining their needs and providing professional assistance. Sales Associates will have excellent product knowledge, provide information on product benefits and be familiar with related items. We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for customer service to help us fulfill our mission of providing each customer excellent service.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience in Merchandising and Sales

Excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with people

Possess a strong work ethic, coupled with enthusiasm and energy

Excellent decision making ability and problem solving skills

Attention to detail

Available to work flexible schedules of evenings, days, weekends and holidays.
